MUNICIPAL LEGISLATIVE OFFICE
MANDATE
To preside all meetings of the Sangguniang Bayan during sessions. Exercise the power and perform duties and functions of the Municipal Mayor in case of temporary vacancy. Appropriate funds for specific programs and projects, considered as priority projects of the municipal government. The policy-making body in the municipality of Natonin that in resonance with its powers, duties and functions mandated in the Local Government Code, enacts approves and passes ordinances and resolutions for the general welfare of its citizenry pursuant to Section 16 and Section 447 of the Local Government of Code of 1991.
VISION
A God-fearing, transparent and productive policy-making body that is responsive and aggressive in formulating legislative measures which promote participatory good governance, preservation and conservation of the environment and culture and holistic development of the people of Natonin.
MISSION
The Sangguniang Bayan of Natonin shall perform its powers and function within ambit of RA 7160 and shall enact policies and other legislative actions that are consonant to the programs, policies and thrusts of the national government.
