Frontal System affecting Extreme Northern Luzon.
At around 3:00 AM Today, the Tropical Depression is located at 955 km West of Northern Luzon with maximum sustained winds of 45km/h and gustiness of 55 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 10 km/h.
The Cordillera Administrative Region will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, light to moderate winds blowing from Southeast to South will prevail over the region.
