To prepare a comprehensive financial plan of the LGU and be able to control the flow of money and safeguard the coffer of the Local Government Unit

To advocate good governance and be a medium of change in the optimum utilization of resources that will serve the general welfare and interest of the people
MISSION
The municipal Budget Office shall lead public expenditure management to ensure the equitable, prudent, transparent and accountable allocation and use of public funds to improve the quality of life of each and every people in the municipality.
