MUNICIPAL ASSESSOR
MANDATE
To appraise and assess all real properties in the municipality of Natonin for taxation purposes in accordance with the approved SMV of the Mountain Province and the Philippine valuation standards and issue upon request certified copies of assessment records of real properties assessment and all other records relative to its core function.
VISION
A revenue arm equipped with modern technology and dynamic and responsive manpower, committed to sustain the financial capability of the municipality, through a systematic appraisal and assessment.
MISSION
To fully tap the income potentials of the real property tax though intensive appraisal and assessment of all real properties. -To prepare and maintain maps showing graphically all properties subject to assessment in the municipality. -To establish a computer-based assessment and recording. -To provide quality service to ensure clients’ satisfaction.
